The 67-year-old recently sat down for an interview with Vlad TV, detailing a serious encounter, when his daughter and Kelly became victims of sexual harassment by two Jagged Edge members, while on a joint tour.
During the interview, Mathew admitted that it was a "poor" decision when he put R&B boy band Jagged Edge and Destiny's Child on the same tour bus.
Knowles said "Now remember, the girls are minors. They're 16-years-old the guys are 21, 22-years-old," he explained.
When talking about the sexual harassment Beyoncé and Kelly experienced, Knowles explained exactly how it happened.
"[...] I got a call from Kelly and Beyonce - and I talk about this in the book in detail - saying that they were constantly being harassed by two other members of Jagged Edge."
Knowles added "I couldn't have that."
Mathew revealed that he kicked Jagged Edge off the bus at the next tour stop. In the boy group Jagged Edge, there were four members, named Brian Casey, Brandon Casey, Richard Wingo and Kyle Norman.
However, Mathew did specify who sexually harrassed Bey and Kelly.
When the interview asked Mathew just exactly how he handled a group of men trying to sleep with his daughter.
"We won't talk about that on camera," he said.
