They have had a turbulent relationship over the years, but Drake and Chris Brown have been spotted in the studio together today (11th July), according to multiple reports.

Are you ready? This is how the story unfolded.

This picture surfaced online (via the respected Drake fan site Word On Road) and is thought to have originated from the Instagram user Kosine 5.

Kosine 5 is probably better known as a member of the production outfit Da Internz who have worked with the likes of Big Sean and Trey Songz. Additionally, their post tagged in Eric Bellinger (part of The Writing Camp), who has previously worked with Chris Brown and Beyonce. 

The story gets better. Big Sean has since posted this picture (a screenshot) with the message "glad to see it".

Now we all know Drake and Chris Brown's history, but this goes a long way to suggest that the two rappers - who have both previously dated Rihanna - have left the past behind them.
