Plus find out what couple he called "a poor man's Jay and Bey."
Drake has taken shots at Macklemore during a special performance at the 2014 ESPYs.
The '0 To 100' rapper, who was hosting the event, also found time to dedicate a performance to those that deserved an 'honourable mention.'
He kicked the song off by telling a losing sportsman that "real talent doesn't always win championships" just like "real music doesn't always win Grammys,' while a perfectly timed photo of Macklemore clutching his 'Best Rap Album 2014' Grammys award appeared in the background and the audience exploded with laughter.
Drizzy also gave an honourable mention to Iggy Azalea and her basketball player boyfriend Nick Young aka Swaggy P, singing: "Iggy Azalea and Swaggy P, I love you both, you're like a poor man's Jay and Bey." Ouch.
Another funny moment of the night came when Chris Brown appeared in a sketch alongside Drake, acting as the rappers surgeon.
