Listen To Jhené Aiko's Beautiful Cover Of Bill Withers' 'Ain't No Sunshine'

The 'Souled Out' singer has performed a medley of 'Ain't No Sunshine' and 'Lovely Day'.

Jhené Aiko has unveiled a tribute video to Bill Withers, an artist whose "attention to lyrics and storytelling" she says has always inspired her. 

The five-minute long no-frills clip sees the 'Souled Out' singer cover iconic songs 'Ain't No Sunshine' and 'Lovely Day' joined by just her guitarist Jeff. 

"Bill Withers' music has been blessing my ears since I was a baby. I didn’t know it then and not until recently did I understand that this man is responsible for some of the most beautiful, relatable, heart felt songs ever written," Jhené wrote in a note accompanying the video.

"Bill is not only a genius songwriter, but he is an amazing singer and musician. The more research I do on Bill, the more I love him."

Last month Jhené paid tribute to another inspiration of hers, Tupac, by recreating some of his most iconic photographs.
