During a recent appearance on The Ellen Show, older sister Kourtney dropped a surprise bombshell on the audience as she invaded mother Kris Jenner's interview with the matriarch's grandchildren in tow.
Kourtney, 40, revealed that Kim's surrogate is in labour. The power couple were reportedly in hospital and awaiting the birth of their fourth child.
Kim was supposed to appear on the show during a Mother's Day special, but, as Kourtney revealed, she had to cancel due to the baby news, which left mother Kris in shock.
It is allegedly unclear whether Kim, 38, and husband Kanye will actually be in the delivery room during the birth, despite Kim being in the room during the birth of their youngest daughter, Chicago.
The couple already share three children: five-year-old daughter North, three-year-old son Saint, and 15-month old Chi, who all appeared on the show with Kourtney and her children.
