The 'I' rapper reflects on his 'Control' verse one year on.
A year on from its release, Kendrick Lamar has spoken out about the aftermath of his Control verse.
When asked where he's at with the likes of J Cole and Drake following his controversial verse, the 'Poetic Justice' rapper said "it's all love.'
"I think hip-hop is a sport, so you're gonna have these little spits and spats," added Kendrick. "It's all good because personally I respect these dudes as people, so outside of that, it's really nothing."
The interview with Los Angeles' Power 106 yesterday came just after Kendrick Lamar dropped his first single in two years, 'I'.
