K. Dot performed a new jazz-influenced track.
Kendrick Lamar unveiled a brand new song called ‘Untitled 2’ on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.
The Compton rapper decided against performing a song from his Grammy nominated album ‘To Pimp A Butterfly’ and instead performed a previously unheard jazzy song.
“Ain’t no money like fast money/ even today I’m considered a crash dummy/ a rapper chasing stardom, how can I fast forward my accolades better than all them,” he raps.

The rapper also sat down for an interview with Fallon, where he discussed his incredible 11 Grammy nods – one behind Michael Jackson’s record breaking 12 nominations for ‘Thriller’ in 1984.
“I wouldn’t want to go past that, though,” he said.
“I can’t fathom being as great as Michael without putting out the work, so 11 is perfect.”
This is not the first time Kendrick has performed an unreleased song on television.
He also performed another previously unheard song on the series finale of Comedy Central’s ‘Colbert Report‘ in December 2014.
