Lil Wayne Surprises Fans As He Reveals His Favourite Rapper Of All Time

Lil Wayne has been in the Hip Hop game for years now and he's finally revealed who he considers the best rapper to ever do it.

As one of Hip Hop's most iconic rappers, Lil Wayne is considered by many to be one of the best ever and undeniably one of the best of his generation, so it's fair to say that his opinion on the game should be respected.

Well whilst sharing a video on Instagram which refers to him as the G.O.A.T, he decided to ask his followers who they thought was the best rapper ever and offered his thoughts on his own pick... Jay Z.

Writing on Instagram, Lil Wayne said, 'Who’s the GOAT to you? I got Jay! Drop names in my komments' and so sparked a whole debate about which rapper should be named the true GOAT.

As you would imagine from Lil Wayne's followers they quickly made sure his name was at the top of the list, however Tupac, Nas, Biggie and Eminem were all brought up multiple times.

Jay Z and Lil Wayne, who share the Carter surname but aren't related, have worked together on multiple tracks including Lil Wayne's classic 'Mr Carter' taken from his Tha Carter III album, so it makes sense that he would consider Jay in such high regard, but no one expected him to reveal his thoughts out of the blue like this.
