As the release date for Mary J Blige's latest album 'The London Sessions' fast approaches, the queen of hip hop soul debuts another track off the album, titled 'Not Loving You.'

The soulful ballad hears Mary J preach about people needing to love themselves first. 

"There's only so much I can do if you're not loving you" she sings. "I love you, I want you to be all that you can / If I could, then I would, but you know that I can’t."

Some of the UK's biggest musical stars including Sam Smith and Disclosure will feature on the new album, that was recorded entirely in London over a three week period. See the full tracklist here.
