The 52-year-old singer's former manager, James Mason, has been indicted for allegedly threatening to kill the father of one of Kelly's alleged victims, TMZ report.
Mason has reportedly been charged with one felony count of making terroristic threats to Timothy Savage, the father of one of Kelly's alleged victims, 23-year-old Joycelyn Savage.
According to the report, Timothy Savage claimed that Mason called him and said, "I'm gonna do harm to you and your family, when I see you I'm gonna get you, I'm going to f***ing kill you."

Mason was issued with an arrest warrant in August 2018. He later turned himself in, and was released on a $10,000 bond. He was reportedly ordered to stay away form the Savage family.
Jocelyn currently lives with Kelly and, despite her family claiming their daughter has been 'brainwashed' by the disgraced singer, she claims her parents are just in it for the money and maintains that she is to being kept against her will.
"Today's indictment of Henry James Mason, former manager of R Kelly, further underscores the public accountability that victims and families are pressing on R Kelly and his team," said Gerald A. Griggs, the Savage family's attorney, in response to the indictment.
He continued, "The Savage family will not be bullied or threatened in their quest to reunite with Joycelyn. Let this be a message to all associates of Robert Sylvester Kelly that the Savages are serious about justice and accountability."
Earlier this week, a former employee of R. Kelly told a grand jury that the disgraced singer regularly recorded sex tapes with underage girls and "kept them as trophies."
