Snoop Dogg Receives Backlash For "Racist" Rapping In Korean Video

Chance The Rapper has posted a video of Snoop Dogg attempting to "rap in Korean". Many fans believe the video is offensive and have labelled it as "racist".
Chance The Rapper let his fans know on social media that he had been procastinating when he should be focussing on promoting Netflix show Rhythm+Flow.

The video that caught his attention and he felt the need to eagerly share on Instagram instead, is one of Snoop Dogg attempting to "rap in Korean".
On Wednesday (Oct 16) Chance posted the video of Snoop "rapping in Korean" out of humour. Although many fans did react by laughing at Snoop's attempt, a large proportion of fans in Chance's comments were upset by the post.
In the video, the West Coast legend is on stage doing a karaoke set to a Korean song. The video demonstrates Snoop clearly not being able to pronounce the words in the lyrics properly.
The 47 year-old rapper goes with the flow and attempts to rap the lyrics. Many fans believe the video is offensive and has been labelled "racist".
One fan in the comment section wrote "It’s not Korean... at all", while another wrote "This is not funny, he is not even trying this is ignorance and also racist".
The comment section flooded with comments claiming that Snoop is "racist" due to the way he attempted to rap the song.
An Instagram user wrote "This is low key offensive to Koreans and Asians. He’s not even saying the words, he’s making noises that sound “Asian”. Smh. I love snoop but cmon".
