Tokyo Toni, the mother of model and reality star Blac Chyna, has spoken out following a string of child neglect claims against her daughter.
Speaking to TMZ, Chyna's mother claims that the mother-of-two is on a downward spiral after being accused of being "drunk and unable to care for the children," a claim Chyna denied.

Chyna, who shares two-year-old daughter Dream with Rob Kardashian and six-year-old son with rapper Tyga, was allegedly involved in a "violent" fight with her rumoured boyfriend, rapper Kid Buu, during a vacation in Hawaii.
Reports claim that Rob knew nothing about the vacation, and was unable to get in contact with Chyna when it came to handing over Dream for her to look after.
Tokyo Toni claims Chyna's personal life is currently "a mess" and urged Rob Kardashian to take sole care of Dream, despite the couple sharing custody since their tumultuous split.
"It doesn't take a rocket scientist to see something is terribly wrong," Toni told the publication, before calling out Kid Buu in light of his recently resurfaced child abuse convictions.
Last month, Chyna reportedly got into a fight with Rob Kardashian's rumoured new girlfriend, 'Love & Hip-Hop' star Alexis Skyy, at a party in Los Angeles.
