NBA Team Brooklyn Nets To Wear Notorious BIG Inspired Uniforms

Brooklyn's NBA stars will wear basketball uniforms sporting a famous Biggie catchphrase during an upcoming game.
The Notorious BIG is one of New York's most famous and most loved rappers of all time, so Hip Hop fans everywhere were pretty excited when it was announced that the Brooklyn Nets will be wearing a uniform inspired by him.

The Brooklyn native regularly referenced the New York City borough and now the NBA stars of its basketball team will honour him with nice tribute.

Revealed by ESPN sports journalist Zach Lowe, Brooklyn Nets will wear a white Nike-made kit with a 'Brooklyn trim' inspired by the famous rapper who was regularly spotted wearing clothing items featuring the pattern.
The words 'Spread Love' are also reportedly embroidered into the uniforms which is a catchphrase which references a Biggie lyric from his hit track 'Juicy' - "spread love it's the Brooklyn way".
Brooklyn Nets are yet to officially announce the new uniforms, but it's believed they'll be wearing them during the 2020/21 season.
