Despite her sisters Kim, Kendall and Kylie - plus her mother Kris - getting an invite to the 2019 Met Gala, Khloe Kardashian failed to receive a coveted pass. And the reason why is brutal....
It's the biggest night on the fashion calendar, and the Met Gala 2019 was, as expected, studded with stars sashaying along the pink carpet in their best outfits.

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West were in attendance, as were sisters Kendall and Kylie Jenner, Kylie's boyfriend Travis Scott, and Kardashian matriarch Kris Jenner.
However, people were quick to point out that sisters Khloe and Kourtney were absent. According to reports, the pair were considered "too low-brow" by event host and Vogue editor Anna Wintour.
Khloe, 34, has allegedly been "blacklisted" by Wintour because she is too 'C list.' The reality star stayed at home in Los Angeles with her daughter True, while Kourtney reportedly chose to stay by her side in support.
Neither Khloe nor Kourtney have ever attended a Met Gala. In addition, neither of them have ever appeared in Vogue magazine, which may have played a role in their lack of invite, as Kim, Kanye, Kendall and Kylie have all featured.
Both Khloe and Kourtney are yet to comment on the reports.
In 2013, Kim became the first member of the famous family to attend the prestigious event, on the arm of Kanye West. She was heavily pregnant with daughter North at the time.
"I was Kanye’s plus one & so nervous! I didn’t know anyone & I’m sure no one wanted me there lol," Kim tweeted before this year's gala. "I went home & cried after of insecurity."
This year’s theme was “Camp: Notes on Fashion,” a nod to Susan Sontag’s 1964 seminal essay “Notes on Camp.” Artists including Cardi B, Jennifer Lopez, Ciara and Nicki Minaj all turned out in their boldest looks, although event favourite Rihanna failed to make a hotly-anticipated appearance.
