The 28-year-old 'ASTROWORLD' rapper dated the reality starlet, 22, for over two years, and the former couple share a 20-month-old daughter, Stormi Webster.
Shortly after the break-up was reported, speculation surfaced that Scott's alleged infidelity was the reason behind it. However, the rapper has since dispelled the rumours.
Taking to Instagram stories, Scott wrote a statement calling out the stories as "false" and "simply not true".
"It's really affecting when u see false things said about u once again these false stories about me cheating are just simply not true," he wrote, adding, "Focusing on life, music, and family at this moment is what's real."
Last week, "self-made billionaire" Jenner seemingly confirmed the split on Twitter, adding that their little girl is the ex-couple's biggest priority.
"Travis and i are on great terms and our main focus right now is Stormi," she wrote, "our friendship and our daughter is priority."
In the same breath, the youngest sister of the Kardashian-Jenner clan also denied linking up with ex-boyfriend after she was spotted with two friends at his recording studio at 2am last week.
"The internet makes everything 100 times more dramatic than what it really is. There was no "2am date with Tyga". You see me drop two of my friends off at a studio that he happened to be at," she tweeted.
Days later, Kyle was spotted partying at the same West Hollywood club as the 'Rack City' rapper, 29, arriving and leaving separately.
