Late rapper XXXTentacion's murder suspect's lawyer is reportedly set to ask the "Moonlight" rapper's mother and baby mother questions in court.
XXXTentacion's murder suspect Michael Boatwright is reportedly planning to depose both the "SAD" rapper's mother, Cleopatra Bernard, and the mother of his son Gekyume, Jenesis Sanchez.

According to XXL's court documents on Tuesday (Jul 30), Michael Boatwright—one of the four men charged with the murder and believed to be the one behind the trigger, will be using depositions from both Bernard and Sanchez for his defense.
On (Sept 10) Boatwright's lawyer will take the depositions from Bernard (mother), Sanchez (baby mama) and Leonard Kerr (friend who accompanied X to the location where X was shot).
In march, murder suspect Boatwright reportedly filed a motion and requested for every statement from Bernard and Sanchez. He is planning to use their statements as his defence.
Boatwright filed paperwork asking the court to depose Scott Barbieux, who allegedly filmed the video of X in his car after he was shot on June 18, 2018.
The depositions are reportedly scheduled for Sept. 10th 2019.
In other XXXTentacion related news, the deluxe edition of XXXTentacion's ? album is expected to be released on Sept 6.
XXXTentacion's estate also dropped a dancehall-grime inspired song featuring Vybz Kartel, Ky-Mani Marley and Stefflon Don.
