Here's the top ten on the Afrobeats Chart for August 2014.

10. May7ven - 'What Ur Feelin'

New in on the August chart it's May7ven brand new track, written by herself, with her usual smooth vocals.

9. D-Black Feat. Casto - 'Personal Person'

Ghanian rapper D-Black Da Ghana Bwouy'se Castro-assisted single 'Personal Person.' remains in the chart for the third month although dropping a few places. The song is the first single to be released off his upcoming third studio album and is getting love from all over the country. Look out for appearances from fya, Bisa Kdei, Peace Hyde, Viasat 1 and DJ Breezy and the BAM Crew in the official video above. 

8. Mr 2kay - 'Summer Girl (Samba)'

Mr 2Kay has dropped another summer smash hit with this big one. It's out now.

7. Fuse ODG Feat. Angel - 'T.I.N.A' 

At the end of August Kojo and Jade dropped the world exclusive first play of Fuse's new single, featuring British artist Angel, 'T.I.N.A'. Although people tend to think Fuse is singing about a woman called Tina, he's actually singing about his country - as it stands for 'This Is New Africa.'

6. Atumpan Feat. Samini - 'Regina'

Atumpan's recruited dancehall master Samini for new single 'Regina' produced by MixMaster Garzy.It's his first single after signing with the UK's 'HardBoy Music' and it's a gooden.

5. Mista Silva Feat. Syon - 'Green light'

Afrobeats meets dance in Mista Silva's summer jam which will make you want to head to the beach with a pina colada. It's just made it into the top five.

4. DJ Xclusive Feat. Wizkid - 'Jeje'

Rising four places in the chart are longtime collaborators DJ Xclusive and Wizkid, who are back together for this big new club track that dropped in June. 

3. Yemi Alade - 'Johnny'

Up from number nine last month on the chart is Yemi Alade's 'Jonny' - for which there is also a very catchy French version. The video has had nearly 2 million views on YouTube so far, hit play above and see why.

2. Mavin's Feat. Don Jazzy, Tiwa Savage, Dr Sid, D Prince, Reekado Banks, Korese Bello, Di'Ja - 'Dorrobuci' 

Produced by Don Jazzy, this track has an all-star line-up that pays off. It's new in at number two.

1. Sarodie Feat. Castro - 'Adonai'

Castro's remix of Sarkodie's 'Adonai' maintains its place at number one for the second month running - and its third week in the top five. You know it's a big one.
